Shipping policy
We ship Havemly home pieces worldwide, with free standard shipping on every order. No minimums, no surprise fees at checkout.
Delivery Times
- Cut-off time: Orders placed before 23:00 EST are processed the same business day. Orders placed after this are processed the next business day.
- Order processing time: 1 to 3 business days (Monday – Friday)
- Transit time: 5 to 9 business days (Monday – Friday)
- Total estimated delivery time: 6 to 12 business days from order date
Where We Ship From
All Havemly products are shipped from our international fulfillment partner. Delivery times reflect average shipping durations to the United States. Some remote destinations may take longer.
Shipping Fees
Free worldwide shipping on every order.
Customs & Import Duties: In most cases there are no additional fees for our customers. However, depending on your country's customs regulations, import duties or taxes may apply upon delivery. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your parcel at any time using the link provided in that email.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order has not arrived within 18 business days of dispatch, please contact our customer service team and we will investigate immediately. See our Refund Policy for details on lost-package handling.
