How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 6–12 business days. We process orders within 1–3 business days and standard transit is 5–9 business days.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched you'll receive an email with a tracking link.
Are there any customs or import duties?
In most cases there are no additional fees. Depending on your country's customs regulations, import taxes may apply on delivery — these are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns & Refunds
What's your return policy?
You can return any item within 30 days of receipt, provided it's unused and in original packaging. See Refund Policy.
How do I start a return?
Email info@havemly.com with your order number and reason. We'll send you the correct return address (it varies depending on the product).
When will I get my refund?
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive your return.

Are colors on the website accurate?
We do our best to photograph products in natural light. Display colors may vary slightly between screens.

Absolutely. All transactions are encrypted via Shopify's secure checkout. We never store your card information.
