Refund & Return Policy
At Havemly we are committed to delivering quality home pieces and an excellent customer experience. We understand that sometimes a purchase may not meet your expectations, and we want to make returns as straightforward as possible.
1. Return Window
You have the right to return your product within 30 days of receipt. Customers in the European Union have an additional statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days without providing a reason.
2. Conditions for Return
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of receipt by emailing us.
- Please include your order number and the reason for the return in your message so we can process it quickly.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Opened or used products
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Items not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons
These exceptions are always clearly noted on the relevant product page.
4. Return Address
Our return address is available on request — please contact our customer service team before sending anything back so we can provide the correct shipping instructions and ensure your return is processed quickly.
Important: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or shipped incorrectly. In those cases Havemly will cover all return costs.
5. Defective or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives defective or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
6. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3 – 7 business days.

Restocking fee: We do not charge any restocking fees. All eligible returns are refunded in full.
